
Every commission starts out with a request and it´s very important to let me know exactly what you want.
What do I need?
* List of models that you want me to paint.
* Which of the 4 available qualities do you want your commission to be painted.
* Possible conversions you have in mind.
* What colors or theme do you want the army painted in.
* Reference pictures?
* Do I need to order the models or do you sent them to me?
* Is everything assembled or do you want me to do this?
I am more than willing to help you out with any ideas!




Budget and payments:
To get the order in my agenda I will need an advanced payment of 50% of the commission costs.
If you choose the option that I order the models for you then I need to total retail costs of these models on top of the 50% down payment to order them.
This is down-payment is not refundable.
After the project is finished I will request the final payment. (If there is any money left to be paid).
I will send the miniatures back when the payment is confirmed.

Shipping:
* Handling takes +/- 48 hours.
* Everything will be carefully packed in bubble wrap, covered with chips and shipped DHL.
* Shipping usually takes from 7-14 days depending on where you live.
* In this way your models should reach you safely but note that the studio can’t be responsible for any mishandling of the postal service.
